Ticket & Entry Terms

Effective 29 September 2026. These terms apply to tickets and driver entries purchased through the official Drifting Showdown website for the event scheduled at Calder Park Raceway from 27 to 29 November 2026.

Official bookings

A booking is confirmed after successful payment. A confirmation email and unique QR ticket are issued to the email address supplied at checkout. Customers are responsible for entering accurate contact details and keeping access to their QR ticket secure.

Single-day tickets

A single-day ticket is valid only for the event day selected at checkout and shown on the ticket. Friday, Saturday and Sunday single-day tickets are separate products and cannot be used on another event day unless the organiser approves a change.

QR tickets and entry

Each issued QR ticket has a unique identifier and may be checked in once. A ticket that has already been checked in, cancelled or refunded will not be accepted as a valid unused ticket. The organiser may ask for reasonable proof of entitlement for concession or other restricted ticket types.

Driver entry

Driver entry is sold for the selected competition class. Payment does not remove the entrant's responsibility to meet event regulations, class rules, tyre requirements, safety requirements, licensing or eligibility requirements, scrutineering requirements and directions from event officials. An entrant who cannot satisfy mandatory safety or eligibility requirements may be refused track participation subject to applicable consumer rights.

Event program and safety

Motorsport schedules can change for operational, safety, weather or regulatory reasons. Session times, running order, activities and access arrangements may be adjusted where reasonably necessary. Attendees and entrants must follow venue and event safety directions.

Refunds, cancellation and wet weather

Refunds and event changes are handled under the Refund & Wet Weather Policy and applicable Australian consumer law. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Misuse

You must not deliberately duplicate, alter, counterfeit or misuse a ticket or QR code, interfere with the ticketing or scanning system, or attempt to obtain entry using a ticket that has been cancelled, refunded or already used.
